There is no Satsu plugin: the tracker is one script tag, and WordPress can inject it in two ways.

Setup

Copy your site ID

Find it in the dashboard under Sites → your site → install.

Add the tag

In Appearance → Theme File Editor, open header.php and paste the tag just before </head>. Use a child theme so a theme update doesn't overwrite it.

Verify it works

Visit your site in a private window, then follow Verify it works. If a caching plugin is active, purge the cache first.
